All file processing is performed locally within your web browser using technologies such as WebAssembly, the Canvas API, and Web Workers. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. How Our Service Works

Unlike traditional online tools, PixalTools processes all files directly on your device. When you use PixalTools:

• Files you select are read by your browser's local JavaScript environment.
• Processing algorithms run on your device using WebAssembly and Web Workers.
• Results are generated locally and made available for download from your browser's memory.
• No file data is transmitted over the internet at any point during processing.

This architecture means that processing speed depends on your device's hardware capabilities, available memory, and browser version.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PixalTools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tools, algorithms, or WebAssembly modules.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that places undue burden on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

You retain all rights to your files. Since PixalTools processes files locally in your browser and never transfers them to our servers, we never have access to, possession of, or any claim over the files you process. The output files generated by our tools belong entirely to you.

6. Service Availability & Limitations

• Availability: We strive to keep PixalTools available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Browser compatibility: Our tools require a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled and WebAssembly support. Older browsers may not support all features.
• File size limits: Processing large files depends on your device's available memory. Extremely large files may cause your browser to slow down or crash. PixalTools is not liable for any data loss resulting from browser limitations.
